Hello everyone hope all are well and have enjoyed Summer break.

Our next meeting is Wednesday 17th September.

Its always difficult to arrange an activity for this meeting as never sure how many members are back. Im sure we can find a "fun" quiz. Maybe just for a laugh and nothing to do with Transport. We will have a raffle and there will be toasties available so if your not busy pop along and say hello. This meeting will also be the first opportunity to pick up your Christmas party ticket. Don't miss ou,t we have had some ordered and paid for before they even went to print.

Gathering 5th October

As you all know this years Gathering will be held on the 5th October.

As in the past you can camp Friday and Sat evening at a cost of £5 per night. You can arrive from 1pm on Friday 3rd. If you arrive after dark you will need to stay in the carpark till parked by stewards the following morning.

On Friday evening there will be bingo and a singer (Katie) in the club. On Saturday evening entertainment by Mark Stevenson.

The Gathering will run from 10 till 3 on the Sunday.

There will be a catering van on site all weekend.

Stalls, auto jumble etc are free to members and a cost of £5 to non members. If you would like to do a stall can you please let us know before the weekend. This helps us with numbers when setting up the field.

Christmas Party

This years Christmas party will be Friday 12t December

Entetertainment will be provided by Deborah Taylor Smith. Some of you will remember her from previous parties so you can be assured this will be a great night out. This year we have increased availability of tickets to 100. The price has been held at £10 each. As in the past this will include entertainment and buffett supper. There will be no children at this event. If you need to travel remember you can always arrange with Croft club to bring your caravan or camper and stay over.

Tickets have now been printed and will be available at next club night 17th Sept. We have had quite a number ordered and paid for even before they went to print,so don't be dissappointed. As soon as you know how many you want get in touch. If you wont be attending club night or Gathering and would like tickets then please ring Mavis on 01325 359114.
